North Branch Area High School is at the forefront of reimagining what the high school experience can look like.  Building student agency is at the core of the high school experience. Our schedule has built in “flex time” every other day to empower our learner’s to personalize what is needed for their learning. Goal setting and Career and College planning is an essential element for NBAHS learners' high school experience. Finally, we have built strong academic and mental health support systems to assist our students as they transition from being teenagers to young adults.  Viking Pride is respected as a positive force by students, parents, alumni, community, state, and nation.

• AFJROTC- Air Force Junior Officer Training Corps
• Computer for every student - The school provides Chromebooks for every student, grades 9-12. 
• ProStart - A nationally recognized program that introduces students to the culinary arts and provides opportunities for competition that help develop the best and brightest talent into the restaurant and food service leaders of tomorrow.
