Flexible Learning Continuum

  • The draft Flexible Learning Continuum (FLC) is a five-stage blueprint for providing in-school instruction that adjusts practices as circumstances with COVID-19 change. Stage one reflects a “normal” in-school experience; stages two through four provide steadily increasing safety measures such as reduced movement within schools and smaller groups, as well as increased emphasis on in-school remote learning. Stage five reflects remote-only education such as that provided by school districts in the spring.
