About Community Education
Happy New Year Community Member,
I hope the Winter Brochure finds you well and enjoying the start of a wonderful year!
If you are like so many other community members, you have spent some time over the past month or so reflecting and creating your resolutions for the
New Year. Whether your list of resolutions includes fitness and health goals, better understanding your finances, learning an instrument or new skill, North Branch Area Community
Education has something to help you reach your goal and make your resolutions last.
Some of the resolution highlights in this year’s winter brochure include:
Corsage Making for Beginners, Edible Arrangements, Grapevine Wreaths, Vegetable Gardening Basics and more.
If one of your resolutions is to serve and give back, serving on the Community Education Advisory Council (CEAC) is a great way to accomplish this goal. The CEAC meets monthly to discuss programming, special
events and community engagement initiatives to better understand and serve the needs of the community. If this is your resolution, please contact the Community Education office at 651-674-1025.
Youth Connections is our first-class childcare program for students ages 3 through 6th grade and is still accepting registrations. Our friendly staff provide wonderful care for your child while meeting their social
and emotional needs in a fun and safe environment. Youth Connections is offered at the North Branch Area Education Center. For more information on our first-class Youth Connections program check out page 21.
Here’s to a wonderful 2022!
