Arthur Tobin is the Director of Buildings and Grounds for North Branch Area Public Schools.

Tobin comes to the school district from the School District of River Falls, where he served in the same capacity from 2013 to the present. Prior to his time there, Tobin served as the Building Services Director for St. Croix County, Wi for almost six years, and as a Stationary Engineer and Relief Foreman for the City of Minneapolis for 17 years.

He attended St. Paul Technical College for HVAC, Wisconsin Indianhead Technical College for boiler maintenance, and the Dunwoody College of Technology for pneumatic controls
