On Thursday, Feb. 2, North Branch Area Middle School hosted the Two Rivers Conference speech tournament.  Middle school speakers from eight area schools spoke three rounds and competed in 11 different categories.  Conference champ in Humorous Prose was North Branch's Tori White.  Tying for first in Dramatic Duo was North Branch's Breanna Bjerketvedt and Charlotte Santjer.  Pictured (l to r) are Charlotte, Breanna and Tori with their medals, ribbons and certificates. These three had a combined season that consisted of delivering 47 blue ribbon speeches!
