Additionally, program information may be made available in languages other than English.

To file a program discrimination complaint, complete the USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form, AD-3027, found online at How to File a Program Discrimination Complaint and at any USDA office or write a letter addressed to USDA and provide in the letter all of the information requested in the form. To request a copy of the complaint form, call (866) 632-9992. Submit your completed form or letter to USDA by: (1) mail: U.S. Department of Agriculture, Office of the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights, 1400 Independence Avenue, SW, Washington, D.C. 20250-9410; (2) fax: (202) 690-7442; or (3) email: program.intake@usda.gov.

North Branch Area High School is a comprehensive high school, challenging students to develop the skills and character needed to achieve their full potential, and guide them to be productive, successful citizens. Viking Pride is evident at NBAHS where rigorous academic standards are achieved in an innovative school of excellence, focused on the development of the whole student. The Viking Way is proudly displayed in staff and students daily both in and out of school. NBAHS offers over 20 college concurrent enrollment courses, a strong Air Force Junior Officer Training Corps (JROTC) program, expanding Career and Technical Education (CTE) courses, and a growing Work Based Learning (WBL) program called Viking Bridge. NBAHS supplies chromebooks for every student. NBAHS also offers a full array of extracurricular activities in athletics, academics, music and arts; as well as a comprehensive list of student organized clubs.
