We are excited to celebrate Mattias BigBear, a third-grade student at NBAPS and member of the White Earth Tribe, who will be representing our community at the World Hoop Dance Competition on February 14 in Phoenix, Arizona! Mattias’ talent, dedication, and cultural pride are truly inspiring. We are so proud to cheer him on as he shares his gifts on a world stage. SKOL!

Over 300 people came together for a magical Tiny Prom last night! Guests walked the red carpet, danced to fun music, and created their own crowns, filling the evening with smiles, laughter, and celebration.

North Branch Area Community Education, along with the North Branch Beautification Association, is hosting a Pickleball Tournament on Saturday, Feb. 21! Proceeds will go toward the Veterans Memorial.

North Branch Area Public Schools is currently experiencing a phone outage exclusively with Verizon phones. Staff are working diligently to correct this issue. In the meantime, families who need to contact the district can do so from a non-Verizon phone, or by email. Thank you for your patience as we continue to work toward correcting this issue.
Sunrise's Anonymous Santa Toy Drive was a wonderful success! Thanks to the generosity of our school community, all donated items were collected and delivered this week. Over 300 items in total!

REMINDER: Join the Vikettes Dance Team for an afternoon of dancing and celebration! They will be showcasing routines and spotlighting dancers on Saturday, Dec. 20, from 11 am to 1 pm in the NBAHS gym. Admission is $5 at the door. See flier for additional details.
Due to rural road conditions, North Branch Area Public Schools is delaying the start of the school day by two hours today, Wednesday, Dec. 10. There will be no A.M. early childhood classes. School age care will open as scheduled at 5:45 a.m. Please have students at bus stops two hours after their regularly scheduled pick-up. Schools will be open for students to begin arriving two hours later than normal.

All Targeted Services classes, community education events and early childhood classes are canceled for this evening. Buildings will be closed. School Age Care will remain open during its typical hours.
