North Branch Area Early Learning

NBAMS 6th grade Spanish students spent a week creating games to teach Kindergarten Spanish students basic conversation words. The 6th graders then visited the Ed Center and spent the class period teaching and playing their games with the younger students. Sounds like fun!

The NB Amerian Indian Parent Advisory Committee is hosting the Native American Heritage Celebration on Thursday, Nov. 21, 6 - 7:30 pm, at the North Branch Area Education Center (38705 Grand Ave.). If you've never attended, these events are great fun and a chance to learn too!

NBAPS is pleased to announce the first Floral Sale at NBAHS! The Advanced Floral Class is offering Thanksgiving floral arrangements for sale for you to enjoy (or give as a hostess gift)! When you purchase your ticket on GOFAN, you will be asked to provide a delivery/pickup option 11/20, 11/26, or 11/27. Students will prepare arrangements with care to industry standards, and proceeds from this sale will fund learning opportunities in the Agriculture program at NBAHS, NBAMS, and NALC.

Pickleball Lessons Nov 11/ 5-6:30 PM Come and learn how to play Pickleball in a fun event. Peiwu has 8 years of Pickleball experience and will coach you on how to play. At the end of each training period we will have a mini round robin tournament where you will be able to showcase your newly acquired skills against players of equivalent skill levels. 🎃 What an amazing turnout for our UnScary Halloween party last week! Over 350 children and 330 adults joined us for a night full of fun, games, and treats. NBAEC staff, together with the NBAHS National Honor Society, worked together to create an unforgettable experience for everyone. From the trick-or-treat stations to the “UnScary” walk-through, halloween tattoos, carnival games, spider crafts and tasty treats, it was a night to remember! Thank you to everyone who came out and made it such a success! 🧡👻
