On September 21, members of the North Branch FFA volunteered at the Almelund Apple Festival running Kid’s Corner with the Carlsted Family. Members helped kids “doing to learn” about the traditions of our rural ancestors by shelling and milling corn, washing clothing, woodcarving, stamping leather, and grinding and making play sausage. FFA is an intracurricular activity at NBAHS which focuses on building leadership through service and agriculture education.

Dates for 2025-26 Patron Tours have now been selected! They are as follows:
Friday, Oct. 24
Friday, Dec. 12
Friday, Feb. 20
Friday, April 17
As in the past, Patron Tours will run 7:45 am to 12:30 pm. Each tour will start with an opportunity to meet and talk with Supt. Paul, and then proceed to visit all district schools/sites before we enjoy a delicious lunch prepared by ProStart students at the high school. It remains the single best way to learn a lot about the district quickly.
Anyone interested in any of the four tours can contact Community Relations Coordinator Patrick Tepoorten at ptepoorten@isd138.org or 651-674-1018.
We hope to see you there!

Please welcome Chloe Peterson as the new One Act Play director! As a North Branch graduate and theatre participant, Chloe knows firsthand how transformative it can be to find a place where your voice matters. "Theater helped me discover mine, and that experience drives me to create the same opportunity for others. I want to coach to help students build confidence, embrace collaboration, and find joy in the process, not just the performance."
