On Wednesday, Oct. 25, Norse welcomed Ecumen's Jordan Thompson, Sales and Marketing Manager and Crystal Kester, People Manager (Human Resources Manager) to share a variety of employment opportunities available to students, from resident care to office positions and culinary options. They spoke about wages, benefits, PTO, and the wonderful culture at Ecumen. It was a wonderful visit and exposed students to yet more potential opportunities.

On Oct. 17, NBAHS Outdoor Adventure Students had an opportunity to push themselves physically and mentally when they faced the Trollhaugen Aerial Adventure Park. This experience puts students in a environment where they need to work together, support each other, problem solve in difficult situations and conquer fears; many things that would likely come up in a survival situation. There were so many moments on this trip where students paused and said, “I can’t do this,” and then they pushed themselves and overcame. Skol!
