2nd grade students headed to the Oliver Kelley Farm last week to experience what life was like on a farm long ago. Students were able to participate in many activities to learn how farmers prepared for winter. Students learned about dual purpose animals. They helped make sauerkraut, visited the root cellar, helped care for the oxen and even shelled peas. What a fun experience for all! See all the amazing photos at the NBAPS Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/nbapschools
