Hex 5 6th Grade Spanish students spent a week creating a game to teach Kindergarten Spanish students in Mrs. Coddington's class some basic conversation words. Then they walked over to the Ed Center and spent the class period teaching and playing their games!

The Chisago County Schools' Life Work Center teamed up with Rita Bishop from the North Branch Makers Market to provide students with a painting activity. This activity was funded through a grant from the North Branch Area Education Foundation (NBAEF) to help Life Work Center students find new opportunities to learn about activities in their communities. Thank you to Rita for the fun and creative afternoon and thank you NBAEF for providing such fun learning opportunities!

NBAHS hosted its Future Forward career event today! The event included over 60 different industry vendors, an industry expert panel discussing skills needed in today’s workforce, and over 20 professionals sharing the career path. Roughly 800 students participated in the event.
